Part 1 Spot Dictation

The first year of college is usually a time to learn and have fun. Many young people 1. enjoy the freedom of living away from home for the first time. For young women in the United States, however, it is a time when they are at high risk of 2. experiencing a sex crime.

本篇SD難點

5. 9/10，聽力文本為nine out of ten，注意分數的表達方式，9/10也可表達為nine-tenths。

6. ran，這個單詞本身不難，但是此處音頻中的ran和a連讀，因此比較難判斷，此時可以通過上下文大膽猜測。run a program解釋為“開展一個項目”。

8. self-defense，defense也可拼為defence，這是合成形容詞，注意當中的連字符不能漏。

9. on guard，警惕，防范，相當于副詞的用法，注意on和guard要分開，這是一個詞組。

12. written information，解釋為書面信息，注意written的拼寫，不規則動詞表要好好背。

13. 50% drop，SD經常出數字考察題，注意區分fifty和fifteen，以及百分號的表達方式，寫符號最佳。

20. reporting crimes，for介詞后跟動名詞形成動賓結構，此空可通過語法檢查是否出錯。

Part 2 Statements

【整體解析】此次statements難度不大，很多都是來自于聽力教程的原題。細心觀察，不難發現，此次考試很多題目都是稍作改變。所以一定要吃透教程，活學活用。

1. 原文：That maths problem is so hard and challenging one, even for Dick.

A. Dick didn’t think that was a difficult problem.

B. Dick is unusually good at math.

C. Dick thought it was a hard problem for me.

D. No one thought that was a hard problem to solve

選B�！窘馕觥款愃祁}目，詳見聽力教程P5第五題，The math problem was a hard one,even for Diana.選項就換了個人名。吃透教程很重要。

2. 原文：The rent for the house on the Allen Street is due on the last day of each month.

A. You should rent an apartment at the end of this month.

B. You are supposed to pay the rent at the end of every month.

C. You have to come and collect the rent on the last day of each month.

D. The first thing you need to do each month is to rent an apartment.

選B�！窘馕觥款愃祁}目，詳見聽力教程P5第六題，The rent is due on the last day of each month.選項be supposed to do sth.應該做某事。

3. 原文：Jeff plays football every other weekend together with college classmates.

選A�！窘馕觥繑底诸}，所以在聽的時候一定要做好標注。

6. 原文：No sooner had the plane landed safely than it started to snow. Everybody cheered

7. 原文:You have to pay a fine unless you return the book to the library immediately.

選A。【解析】做過類似題目，詳見教程P261,第2題。There is a fine if the library books are even one day overdue.考試的題目更簡單，有木有！

8. 原文：The big dinner cost us 50 dollars, at tip the waiter I left 10% of our dinner check.

A. The speaker got a 10% of discount of the dinner.

B. The waiter was tipped 5 dollars.

C. The dinner cost the speaker too much and he refused to tip the waiter.

9. 原文:Mr White, I was terribly sorry for my late.But you know my tyre got a flat on the road.

Part 3 Short Conversations

【整體解析】本次短對話難度不大，10道題中有6道是照搬《基礎聽力教程》原題，如第11題，12題，13題，18題，19題，20題。其中也不乏我們上課講義上強調過的題。其他題目例如14題，是關于not最簡單的否定，我們強化班講義上也有覆蓋到，相信每次按照老師要求完成《基礎聽力教程》上面練習的同學，都能夠輕松拿下本部分題目。

聽力教程P31頁15題原題。

stay up late 熬夜是 study until midnight的同意替換

assignment 作業，是我們口語口譯講義中的重點詞匯，從后一句“我還有很多作業未完成”也可以推斷出答案。

《基礎聽力教程》P31頁16題原題。

本道題上課也出現在講義上，to one’s heart’s content 解釋為“使某人心滿意足”。此處男士回答“已經跳到心滿意足”，就是“盡興”之意。相信上課認真聽講的同學都會馬上選出正確的答案噢。

本題關鍵在于聽懂 nothing else but, 意為“只有，只不過”，女士說話內容為“我上周只打了新聞報告”。另外，我們也可以從女士說 “finally”的語氣中推斷出她已經完成了新聞報告。

本題女士回答非常精煉，考生注意bad前面加了not 作為否定，不要漏聽該否定詞，方能迅速選擇正確答案。

本題選項有較大的迷惑性，因為away, holiday, parent 等詞在選項中皆出現過。但是如果考生語法基礎扎實，能夠拎出句子主干“Jerry is on holiday”，就能排除干擾項。

M: Well, I must admit it is a country out of the world！

本題出自P120第14題。是對顏色詞“blue”的考查，“blue”意為“沮喪的”。后面詞組“be sick of”意為“對…感到厭倦，厭惡”。另外，后面男士說 “that old witch（那個老巫婆）”，我們也可以從語氣中推斷出男士的氣憤情緒。

Part 4 Listening Translation

E-C Sentence Translation

【整體解析】本次英翻中句子難度整體不大，且都出自聽力教程，有些句子（第4句）比教程上的句子還短，且在講義上也出現過。教程很重要！教程很重要！教程很重要！重要的句子說三遍！認真完成講義是通過考試的重要條件！

1. （《聽力教程》unit13 section 2 sentence translation第3句）

A national scientific report estimated that China sea level will rise up to 130 millimeters in the coming two decades, due to global warming.

參考譯文：一份國家科學報告預測，由于全球變暖，未來20年內中國海平面將上升130毫米。

解析：本題考察了2個數字和一個計量單位，注意millimeters不要翻譯成米甚至千米；due to global warming翻譯時需要提前使句子通順。

2. （《聽力教程》unit14 section 1 sentence dictation第5句）

While camping, one can rent the equipment he needs because it’s much cheaper than buying it.

參考譯文：野營時，我們可以借用需要的裝備，因為這比買裝備更便宜。

解析：此句難度不大，he needs為定從翻譯為“某人需要的……”，注意翻譯出cheaper比較級。

3. （《聽力教程》unit15 section 1 sentence dictation第1句）

Arms exercises alone may increase one’s blood pressure before one gets tired, so the more the body’s involved in the exercises, the better.

參考譯文：只鍛煉手臂可能會使一個人在感到疲勞前就血壓升高，因此鍛煉的身體部位越多，對身體越好。

解析：arm exercises容易聽成warm exercises；另外注意the more…the better…的句型翻譯，以及后置定語involved的翻譯。

4.（《聽力教程》unit12 section 1 listening exercises-TF題第1句）

When the early settlers arrived in the New World, the hardships and dangers waiting for them were totally unexpected.

參考譯文：當早年的移民者到達新大陸時，等待著他們的困難和危險完全是始料不及的。

解析：New World專有名詞指“新大陸”；unexpected想不到的。

5.（《聽力教程》unit6 section 2 sentence translation第1句）

For the future of the next generation, more efforts should be made by parents to help their children to be independent.

參考譯文：為了下一代的未來，父母應該做出更多努力，幫助孩子學會獨立。

解析：next generation下一代。本句注意被動語態的翻譯，翻譯成中文時變為主動語態更為通順。

E-C Passage Translation

【整體解析】本次英翻中段落難度整體不大，考察的都是常規考點：數字、排比句、被動語態等，沒有考很難的從句翻譯；且考試內容都出自聽力教程，與教程上的內容一模一樣，有些內容（如第三段）還在講義和�？贾谐霈F過。

1.（《聽力教程》unit6 section 2 passage translation第3篇）

Violence has become a problem in US high schools. Between 1996 and September 2003, at least 46 students and teachers were killed. In 2010, students between the ages of 12 and 18 were victims of 2 million crimes in US schools. Also in 2010, 47% of American high school students drank alcohol at least once.

參考譯文：暴力已成為美國中學的問題之一。在1996年至2003年9月間，至少有46名學生和教師因此喪生。2010年，年齡在12到18歲之間的學生成為美國學校200萬宗犯罪的受害者。同年，47%的美國高中生至少有過一次酗酒行為。

解析：本段主要考察數字的記憶，由于數字較多，同學們記錄時應注意數字與相關名詞的對應。大數字的記錄一直是難點，而此處2 million較為簡單意為兩百萬。

2. （《聽力教程》unit5 section 2 passage translation第3篇）

Nowadays, Shopping on the internet has become an irresistible trend in modern society. Online shopping is welcomed by most people due to various reasons. Just click the mouse, and you can get whatever you want while staying at home. However, there are still some defects in online shopping.

參考譯文：目前，網上購物已成為現代社會一個不可抗拒的趨勢。網購由于各種原因受到大多數人的歡迎。只要輕擊鼠標，人們足不出戶就能買到想要的任何東西。然而，網購還是存在著一些缺陷。

解析：網購貼近生活，本篇意思理解起來難度不大。有兩個難詞：irresistible不可抗拒的；defects缺陷。due to相當于because of，因為……。is welcomed by是被動語態，解釋為“為……人受歡迎”。

3. （《聽力教程》unit8 section 1 listening exercises第2篇前3句。）

Man is closely connected to the environment. Our environment provides us with fresh air to breathe, clean water to drink and various vegetables to eat. Man could hardly survive if he couldn’t get the necessities he needed from the environment.

參考譯文：人類和環境是緊密相連的。我們的環境讓我們能夠呼吸新鮮空氣，飲用干凈的水，吃到各種各樣的蔬菜。如果人類不能從環境中獲取賴以生存的必需品，那他就很難存活。

解析：本段在聽力講義上練習過，�？贾幸渤霈F過。本段沒有難詞，難點在于排比句的翻譯，考察同學們記筆記的能力。
